🔄 Returns Period
Customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in saleable condition, and, where reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
⚠️ Important: For products covered by a legal right of withdrawal under Dutch/EU consumer law, statutory rights remain unaffected.

📦 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
All return packages must be sent with prepaid postage. Returns sent without postage or with insufficient postage cannot be accepted.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Cybinix Beauty & Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
💸 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our mistake, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
If a product is returned used, opened, damaged, incomplete, or not in saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.

🚫 Products That Cannot Be Returned
For health, hygiene, safety, or custom reasons, some products cannot be returned, including:
Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable items
Opened sealed goods, including make-up, wigs, hairpieces, cosmetics, and hygiene-sensitive products
Used personal care products, including shampoo, conditioner, styling products, cosmetics, gloves, and similar items
Products that are damaged, incomplete, or no longer in saleable condition due to customer handling
