📦 Order Processing
We ship your order within 1 business day after receiving payment.
Bank transfers may require up to 2 business days to process after the payment has been credited to our account.
⚠️ Please note: Occasionally, an item may be sold out without being indicated in the webshop. If this happens, we will contact you immediately to find the best solution together.
🗓️ When placing your order, you may specify your preferred delivery date and time in the order comments. We will do our best to follow your request, but delivery dates and times cannot always be guaranteed.
🏠 Not at Home on Delivery Day?
If you are not home when delivery is attempted:
Your order may be taken to the nearest pickup point or post office.
The courier may leave a delivery note in your mailbox.
You may need to bring the delivery note and your ID to collect your package.
Please collect your package on time. If the package is returned to us because it was not collected, additional shipping costs may apply.
❌ Order Cancellation & Refunds
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the product amount paid.
If your order has already been shipped, shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law or where the cancellation is due to our mistake.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after approval of the cancellation or after we receive the returned product.
💳 Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise.
👉 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
📦 Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable
Shipping charges paid at checkout are not refundable.
If you return an item, only the product price will be refunded, provided the returned item meets our return conditions.
Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item, we will offer a suitable solution such as replacement, repair, or refund.

🚚 Refused or Uncollected Deliveries
If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your package without a valid reason, you will be responsible for all related shipping costs.
