🛒 1. Orders & Payments

• By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• Orders are only processed once payment has been received in full.

• Available payment methods are listed at checkout.

• In case of bank transfer payments, please allow up to 2 business days for processing after funds are credited.

🚚 2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 1 business day after receiving payment.

• Delivery times depend on your location and chosen carrier (see our Shipping Policy).

• We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

• If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you to find the best solution.

🔄 3. Returns & Cancellations

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (Right of Withdrawal).

• After cancellation, you must return the product within 14 days.

• Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

• Some items cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, or customization reasons (see our Returns Policy).

• Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your return.

🛠️ 4. Warranty & Defective Products

• All electronic items come with a 6-month to 1-year warranty.

• If a product is defective, contact us and return it in its original packaging.

• We will repair, replace, or refund the defective product.

• Normal wear, improper use, or intentional damage is not covered.

• All prices listed include VAT (Value Added Tax).

• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

• Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed orders.

• We are not liable for damages caused by misuse of products.

• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by external carriers.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
