Welcome to Cybinix Beauty & Cosmetics. These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

🛒 1. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Orders are only processed once payment has been received in full.
Available payment methods are listed at checkout.
For bank transfer payments, please allow up to 2 business days for processing after the payment has been credited to our account.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment is not received, product information is incorrect, or an item is unexpectedly unavailable.
🚚 2. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1 business day after receiving payment.
Delivery times depend on your location and the selected carrier. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for detailed delivery times and shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, incorrect address details, public holidays, customs delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, delayed delivery, or refund.
Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the issue is caused by our mistake.
🔄 3. Returns & Cancellations
Customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving the order, according to our store return policy.
Products must be returned unused, unopened, complete, in saleable condition, and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our mistake.
Some products cannot be returned for health, hygiene, safety, or custom reasons. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
⚠️ Important: For products covered by a legal right of withdrawal under Dutch/EU consumer law, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
💸 4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If the returned product meets our return conditions, we will refund the product price.
Shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law or where the issue is caused by Cybinix Beauty & Cosmetics.
If a returned product is used, opened, damaged, incomplete, or not in saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless agreed otherwise.
🛠️ 5. Warranty & Defective Products
Electronic items may include a warranty period of 6 months to 1 year, depending on the product.
If a product is defective, please contact us before returning it.
We may offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the product, defect, and warranty conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or improper use
Accidental damage
Water damage
Incorrect installation
Intentional damage
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
If the product is confirmed defective and covered by warranty, we will provide a suitable solution.
🚫 6. Products That Cannot Be Returned
For health, hygiene, safety, or custom reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:
Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable items
Opened sealed goods, including make-up, wigs, hairpieces, cosmetics, and hygiene-sensitive products
Used personal care products, including shampoo, conditioner, styling products, cosmetics, gloves, and similar items
Products that are damaged, incomplete, or no longer in saleable condition due to customer handling
💳 7. Prices & Taxes
All prices listed on our webshop include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
Prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders that have already been paid.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing the order.
⚖️ 8. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, incorrect use, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or delivery issues caused by third-party carriers or incorrect customer information.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
🚚 9. Refused or Uncollected Deliveries
If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your package without a valid reason, you will be responsible for all related shipping costs.
Any return shipping charges, handling costs, or courier fees charged to us may be deducted from your refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of refused or uncollected delivery.
